Lumie Collective strives to keep you totally satisfied, which is why we offer a 60-day, money back guarantee on our Serum purchased through www.lumiecollective.com.  We currently don't offer any returns on any other products.   If at any point you decide it’s not the best serum out there, you are protected by the highest standard 100% money-back guarantee.  Just send us the empty tube and we’ll refund you your money, no questions asked.  If within 60 days of use you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do:

  • Contact the Lumie Collective team by emailing our team at support@lumiecollective.com.  We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials, and a return confirmation number. This is an easy and effortless process.  IMPORTANT: You must contact us via e-mail no earlier than 45 days and no later than 60 days after purchase.  We can’t allow resale of serum, so empty tubes will be refunded only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to use it as directed.
  • Return the empty tube, the e-mailed Lumie invoice, and the order number.
  • You must pay the return postage, and we recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.  We are not responsible for undelivered packages.  Note:  Your package must be postmarked no later than 65 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.  
  • We will refund your amount paid for serum, excluding shipping costs, once we receive the return.
These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come.  Returning serum without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.  After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund.
