My Runway Eyes
Not the same!

I agree that the serum is not the same product I have been using the past two years.
My lashes are not as thick or as dark and healthy as before. I have asked to be changed back to the original serum for my subscription. Otherwise, I will have to stop using Lumie.

I am sorry you are unhappy with the new formula. We had to switch manufacturers. The active ingredient is the same as the prior formula, and we have found success using it more frequently than the prior formula. Maybe that could help?

Disappointed in the “Enhanced Formula” I had amazing results with the ORIGINAL My Runways Eyes. I had a slight irritation when I first started using it, but it went away. This “enhanced formula” has given me stye’s on my lash line. This is exactly why I stopped using the Rodan and Feilds brand many years ago. I don’t care how great my lashes look, if these stye’s persist, I’m out.

The new serum is horrible. I will be unsubscribing from this product that I used to have delivered every 3 months.

Amazing and it works!

Iv’e been using this serum for years and constantly getting questions about my eyelashes! They are long, thick and dark. I truly am obsessed and it doesn’t irritate my eyes one bit.
